Corner Cleaning Improvements

Enhanced performance during edge cleaning to better reach and clean corners.

Mapper Stability Fix

Resolved an issue that could cause a floor-mapping panic loop, which in turn sometimes triggered false Matic lifted errors. This update improves overall mapping reliability and stability.

Noise Reduction

Matic now skips vacuum speeds that created unnecessary extra noise, resulting in a significant decrease in overall cleaning noise levels.

Cleaning Statistics & Maintenance Tracking

Matic now tracks area cleaned, favorite rooms, and time spent mopping and vacuuming. Monthly reports are generated on the 25th of each month, along with maintenance reminders to keep Matic performing optimally. Matic also reports all time cleaning stats from June 2025.

Faster Neural Network Training

Infrastructure updates to make training neural networks up to 30% faster.

Planner Optimization

Optimized local planner gradient computations to free up resources for more complex planning logic in the future.

Improved Recovery from Tight Spaces

The robot now handles tight spots more gracefully. Instead of repeatedly triggering emergency stops, it will attempt nudging maneuvers to free itself, reducing interruptions.

Reduced Long Stuck Scenarios

Fixed an issue where the robot could remain stuck in one place for extended periods. Navigation has been improved to better recognize and avoid situations that previously caused it to loop or collide repeatedly.

Cleaning Map Display Fix

Fixed an issue where the cleaning paths (corridors) on the app map would briefly disappear and then reappear during a session.

Extended Low-Charge Operation

When low-charge docking has been stopped, Matic will now remain active for 5 minutes instead of shutting down immediately; giving you time to interact with the bot or send it new commands before it powers down.

Smarter Duct Clog Handling

Matic now automatically tries to clear minor duct clogs during cleaning, helping prevent both real clogs and false clog alerts.
