Improved Inside Corner Coverage

Edge cleaning has been refined to better reach inside corners. Matic now adjusts its heading based on wall contours or samples within a 90° range for more precise alignment.

Expanded Toekick Cleaning Range

Matic now detects and cleans shallower toekicks that were previously ignored. This was achieved by lowering the scoring threshold specific to toekick detection, allowing the robot to engage in more comprehensive edge cleaning without relying on the stricter perimeter thresholds.

Fourth of July Mode – Star Drawing & Persistence

Matic will now draw a star at the location of the user’s choosing as part of a festive Fourth of July Mode. These stars are also persisted on the home map for later viewing.

Audio Feedback for Star Milestone

When Matic reaches 50 stars, a celebratory sound is played to mark the milestone.
